Detailed Profile:
- Freshers: English with Tamil– Any Graduate/Degree can apply(No Postgraduate Strictly)
- Experienced: Any Graduate or PG (No Issues).
Work experience:
- As informed for all the roles
- Candidates with BPO background preferred, but not mandatory.
Stability requirement:
- Willing to work in any/rotational shift in accordance to business requirement. (Female employees willing to work from 6 am to 9 pm)
- Will not require any leaves for first 90 days.
Communication skills: Will check for the candidate’s ability to meet the following criteria in English and Malayalam or regional language.
Computer knowledge :
- Should have basic knowledge of operating a desktop.
- Familiar with keyboard and have a basic typing skill which can be improved in training
Age limit: Minimum 18 years of age and max 28-30 years of age.
